We are seeking an entry-level network support technician(s) to provide help desk technical support as well as in house network administration. Candidates should have a strong technical background and a thirst for technical knowledge. Duties include significant client contact in a help desk environment, providing Windows / Linux / Mac troubleshooting, printer troubleshooting, and general network support. Eventual on-site client service and support may also be required. Network support requires an understanding of Active Directory, firewall set-up, DNS, Internet connectivity.
